DEFINITIONS

Persons Impacted by SUD/OUD: Those persons in our communities impacted in some way by SUD/OUD.

 

CMREN Core Team: Members include Project Director, Principal Investigator, Project Dean, Graduate Student Workers, Grant Evaluators.

 

CMREN Governance Council: Engaged partners who provide guidance and council to CMREN Core Team for CMREN activity progress.

 

CMREN Associate Partners: Partners actively engaged in SUD/OUD work in the CMREN communities. 

 

CMREN Affiliates: Those individuals and groups interested in information sharing with CMREN.   

Greater Community: Those persons living and working in the communities served by CMREN and CMREN partners, who live, work, and play alongside persons impacted by SUD/OUD, many of whom themselves are impacted in some way by SUD/OUD.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

CMREN Core Team: Design, implement, manage, and evaluate grant-funded Work Plan activities; HRSA-RCORP-I TA/PO communication and grant-reporting; collaboration of grant fund management with FSU Grants Office; sustainability planning and implementation. 
 

CMREN Governance Council: Provide insight and guidance regarding sustainability; attend quarterly Governance Council Meetings and Governance Council-Associate Partner meetings; participate in Subcommittee Meetings as relevant; provide support and resources for sustainability/growth grant opportunities. Required to share data for CMREN reports – Performance Improvement Measurement data and other impact data required for CMREN evaluation. 
 

CMREN Associate Partners:  Participate in CMREN activities as appropriate for their field; attend quarterly Governance Council-Associate Partner meetings; participate in Subcommittee Meetings as relevant; provide support for sustainability/growth grant opportunities; may request CMREN support for their grant applications.  Required to share data for CMREN reports – Performance Improvement Measurement data and other impact data required for CMREN evaluation. 
 

CMREN Affiliates: CMREN Affiliates may attend meetings on an as needed basis, though are not engaged throughout the CMREN process. 

Governance Council: The CMREN RHND Governance Council is responsible for oversite of the project, providing advice and guidance for the Project Director and CMREN Team.  The following agencies are represented in our Council.
