During the initial strength, weakness, opportunities, threat (SWOT) analysis, CMREN-FSU identified employment as an opportunity to create sustainable solutions for lasting recovery. The housing sub-committee explored best-practice workplace friendly models, finding Michigan Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW).
